Im teaching open vinyasa class in Iwona Yoga studio in Ridgewood

Every Sunday at 11am
$15 a class.

I have another class every wendesday at 8:45pm and

on every saturday at 12 noon                                                                   
in a Taekwondo Studio on 758 Seneca Ave,
between Madison and Woodbine st in Ridgewood.

This class is only $10.


Im also giving individual classes starting from $50, there different packeges available.
There is a possibility for me to come to your house or the classes can be done at Atmananda Yoga Stidio on Bleecker and Houston.
